Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its Aftersales team in Milton Keynes.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records and supporting stock control within a high-performance environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in a parts department and are motivated to contribute to a trusted automotive retailer with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a parts department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering upon the Vindis Group’s Aftersales Experience, as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with the Aftersales Team, ensuring timely, accurate and consultative information flow.
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
• Ensuring all documentation and records are complete, accurate and aligned with quality standards.
• Ensuring accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
• Championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence; ensuring customer expectations are met.

Key RoleResponsibilities:

As aParts Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your keyresponsibilities will include:

• Delivering upon the Vindis Group’s Aftersales Experience, as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with the Aftersales Team in particular, by ensuring that the ‘flow’ of information is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
• Ensuring that all documentation and records are complete, accurate andaligned with any governing quality standards.
• Ensuring accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
• Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customerservice excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements ofcustomers are delivered upon.
