Northampton Audi, part of the Vindis Group, is seeking a process-driven Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales Team. You will manage stock, maintain accuracy, and support a culture of service excellence in a franchised dealership environment.

The role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and previous Parts Advisor experience in automotive settings. You will work across service, parts and workshop to ensure timely information flow and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Excellent attention to detail, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using Data Management Systems.
• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, within a franchised dealership.
• Brand Accredited

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
• Championing a culture of customer service excellence and assisting colleagues in aftersales.
• Adhering to rotation principles in the parts department.
• Ensuring parts are returned to the Manufacturer within required timeframes.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and monitoring shelflife.
• Minimising obsolescence and addressing ageing stock.
• Meeting parts and accessories objectives set by the department.
• Developing effective working relationships with the wider aftersales team to ensure smooth information flow.
• Utilising available tools to become a parts area specialist.
