Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Parts Sales Executive for an automotive parts business in Leicestershire. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, grow customer accounts and drive sales in a busy, friendly team.

The role requires proactive communication, CRM experience, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in parts sales or customer-focused sales roles.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls to generate sales.
• Confident in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a proactive attitude.
• Good IT skills and ability to manage records in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound parts sales calls and identify suitable parts.
• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up quotations.
• Promote products, offers and campaigns to customers.
• Manage shared sales inbox and process orders via telephone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM activity logs.
• Support wider sales team with administrative tasks.
• Develop understanding of the parts range and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure excellent service.
