Perfect Placement UK Ltd is assisting a reputable auto centre in Park Royal in finding a motivated Parts Sales Executive. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets within a busy automotive environment.

The package includes a basic salary of £36,000 per year with a realistic OTE of £39,000, plus incentives and ongoing product training. Regular weekday hours with rotating Saturdays support career progression in a trusted dealership.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a Parts Sales Executive or similar within automotive.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and meet targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Meet business objectives with the Sales Manager and team.
• Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets via existing and new customers.
• Identify parts to fulfill customer requirements accurately as a Parts Sales Executive.
• Promote product offers to reach sales targets and maximise opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
• Build strong relationships with customers through face-to-face visits and calls.
• Deliver outstanding service by addressing customer needs and updating on credit/orders.
