Job summary

TPS is seeking a Parts Sales Executive in the UK. You will work with the Sales Manager and team to deliver the Centre's business plan, identify parts to meet customer needs, and build strong relationships with customers by phone and face-to-face visits.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, be IT-literate with MS Excel, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service within the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with proven record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Confident communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast paced and/or telesales environment.
• Excellent customer service focus and strong written and verbal communication.
• Team player with drive to hit weekly & monthly targets.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal KPI's and revenue objectives with target customers.
• Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements.
• Utilise promotions to achieve targets and identify sales opportunities within customer base.
• Build strong relationships with customers via phone and face-to-face visits.
• Provide excellent service: understand requirements, progress orders, advise on options.
• Communicate credit status timely and accurately.
• Support Centre team to ensure teamwork and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and cohesive strategy.
