Job summary

SF Recruitment is recruiting a Parts Sales Advisor for a North Nottingham location. The role involves handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels, identifying parts, preparing quotations and guiding orders from enquiry to completion.

The successful candidate will have prior parts sales or customer service experience, a confident communication style, and strong IT/system skills to navigate parts databases. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts-based sales or customer service environment.
• Ability to identify products and manage customer enquiries.
• Comfort with handling orders across phone, email and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders, quotations and general enquiries.
• Identify correct parts using manuals, systems and online resources.
• Prepare and follow up quotations and convert to orders.
• Build relationships with customers and provide high level of service.
• Follow up outstanding enquiries and convert to orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Resolve queries and keep customers updated throughout.
• Monitor sales activity and conversion rates.
