Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Bolton is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a large parts operation within the Jaguar Land Rover network. You will drive stock control, profitability, and team engagement in a busy dealership environment, managing approximately 23 colleagues.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of up to £56,000, a company car, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training and career development opportunities to help you deliver exceptional customer service

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required to support operational requirements, with occasional Saturday working as needed.

About the Role

As Parts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the department's performance, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, stock management, profitability, and team engagement.

You'll lead a team of approximately 23 colleagues, including Parts Advisors, Drivers, Goods In staff, an Assistant Parts Manager, and Supervisors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a large parts department to achieve operational and commercial objectives
• Managing stock control, inventory accuracy, and parts availability
• Driving departmental efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues to reach their full potential
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed consistently and effectively
• Building strong working relationships across the dealership and manufacturer network
• Delivering an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers
