Job summary

Vertu Renault Bradford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our on-site team in Bradford. You will handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders, identify parts to meet customer sales requirements, and utilise promotions to hit targets.

You will work to maximise upsell opportunities, maintain up-to-date knowledge from bulletins and training, and contribute to high customer service levels. The role includes ongoing development and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts retail within the motor industry.
• Ability to meet daily sales targets and upsell opportunities.
• Willingness to complete product training and stay up to date with promotions.

Vertu Renault Bradford have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £29,702.40 plus company benefits!

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
