Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Truro is seeking an experienced Business Manager (F&I) to join our high-performing team. You will build and present tailored finance packages, ensure FCA compliance, and support the sales team through ActiveSales.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager / Transaction Manager within automotive (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Afull UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and present tailored finance packages to customers.
• Ensure full FCA and insurance regulation compliance.
• Support the sales team through the ActiveSales process.
• Drive performance against departmental targets.
• Maximise sales of finance, warranty, GAP, paint protection and insurance products.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maximising profitability through the sale of finance, insurance and add-on products.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Building and presenting tailored finance packages to customers
• Ensuring full compliance with FCA and insurance regulations
• Supporting the sales team through the ActiveSales process
• Driving performance against departmental targets
• Maximising sales of finance, warranty, GAP, paint protection and insurance products
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey
• Supporting both new and used vehicle sales

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Business Manager / Transaction Manager / Sales Manager within automotive (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
• A full UK driving licence
