Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Assistant to join a well-established construction plant machinery company in Watford. This role is ideal for someone with strong parts knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

You will identify, source and order parts for customers and engineers, process orders, quotations and invoices, manage stock levels and deliveries, and liaise with customers, suppliers and service teams to keep the parts department running

Qualifications

• This role requires prior experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Counter.
• Experience in plant, construction or manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good IT and organisational skills.
• Forklift experience is beneficial; training can be provided.
