Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group in St Neots is recruiting a Parts Advisor for a full-time, hybrid role. You will assist customers with parts identification, orders and technical enquiries, backed by strong product knowledge and IT systems.

Experience in parts sales or related sectors and excellent customer service are essential. Role offers 40 hours weekly with options to work from home 1 day per week after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales or a parts advisor role within agriculture.
• Alternatively, experience in the motor trade, HGV or a related technical parts environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good IT skills and accurate data entry.
• Proactive, organized approach with a willingness to learn new products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts advice and support to dealers, service centres and end-user customers.
• Identify the correct parts using electronic catalogues, technical manuals and exploded diagrams.
• Process sales orders accurately using internal computer systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries, offering technical guidance and suitable replacement options.
• Liaise with sales, service and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage returns, warranty claims and stock availability enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service.

My client based in St Neots Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £30,000
Hybrid working: Option for 1 day per week from home after the first 3 months

Are you experienced in parts sales within the automotive, agricultural, HGV or grounds machinery sectors? Looking for your next opportunity in a varied, customer-focused role?

We're looking for a Parts Advisor to join a busy team in St Neots, supporting customers with parts identification, technical enquiries and order processing.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, with a choice of:
• 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
• 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Based in St Neots, with the option to work from home 1 day per week after the first 3 months.

The Role
