Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Parts Department.
• Good understanding of inventory procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and ordering software.
• Flexibility to work as part of a team and as an individual.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements for spare parts and confirm correct part numbers.
• Analyse back order reports and spare part requirements for open orders.
• Maintain inventory housekeeping.
• Process and co-ordinate purchase, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatching daily.
• Maintain administration and filing systems.
