Job summary

Glyn Hopkin Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join a small team in the busy parts department. You will coordinate parts sales, assist customers and technicians, and ensure parts are available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all parts sales to ensure customers and technicians have parts when they need them.
• Liaise with the team and customers.
• Handle customer enquiries.
• Communicate on the telephone and serve parts to in-house and retail customers.
• Deliver and collect stock for the busy parts department, including lifting and carrying.
• Use a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product/service that best meets their needs.
