Lithia UK is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the team, delivering first-class customer service to workshop and retail customers while ensuring accurate stock and smooth processes. You will use internal systems for stock management and invoicing, with a supportive role in driving sales and upselling relevant parts and services.

Competenze

• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice and guidance on parts, products, and availability.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, working closely with your Parts Leader to ensure key items are always available.
• Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting relevant products or services.
• Maintain an organised, secure, and compliant working environment across all areas of the parts department.

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using internal systems for stock management and invoicing.
• Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment is desirable, but we also welcome applications from those with strong customer service backgrounds and a willingness to learn.
• Full UK manual driving licence desirable not essential
