The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency and top-class customer service within Lithia UK’s retail network. The package includes a base salary of £26,436.80 with a £3,100 bonus potential, pension, life assurance and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts or automotive environment is desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient using internal systems for stock management and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice on parts and availability.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring documentation is completed and filed.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels in collaboration with the Parts Leader.
• Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting relevant products.
• Maintain an organised, secure, and compliant working environment across the parts department.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
