Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Farnham is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor at a reputable car dealership. You will join a busy team, supporting workshop operations and managing parts stock to ensure smooth repairs.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with one in three Saturday mornings on a rota, offering a guaranteed bonus scheme, pension contributions and vehicle service discounts, plus clear opportunities for career progression within the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Full driving licence is essential due to location and mobility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing efficient and accurate parts service to the workshop team.
• Managing parts stock levels and reordering stock, including tyres.
• Handling customer enquiries from local garages and trade customers.
• Processing daily parts deliveries, checking in stock, and organising incoming parts.
• Preparing pre-picks for the service department.
• Supporting workshop operations by ensuring timely parts supply to meet repair schedules.
• Maintaining high standards of organisation in a fast-paced environment.
