Parts Centre Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Centre Manager for a leading nationwide automotive parts retailer located in Rochester.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £53,000 + OTE £9,000
  • Company Car Provided
  • Monday-Friday | 44 hours per week (No Weekends!)
  • Training & Manufacturer-Approved Development

Role Overview:

As a Parts Centre Manager for our client’s bodyshop, you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department, managing sourcing and supply of vehicle parts, achieving sales and profit targets, and motivating the team.

Person Specification:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Manager
  • Strong management skills in sourcing and supply chain
  • Proven ability to meet sales and profit objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise profit opportunities in the Parts Department
  • Oversee management of all parts and consumable stocks
  • Recruit and develop parts team members
  • Maintain high performance standards through coaching and development
