BestStart Fendalton is looking for an experienced and passionate centre manager to lead our close-knit team. Just minutes from Christchurch CBD, our centre is set in a beautiful environment with large, shaded outdoor spaces and welcoming indoor areas that feel like home.

We provide high-quality education and care for tamariki aged 3 months to 6 years. Our strong relationships with whānau are central to everything we do. Children thrive in our inspiring learning spaces and benefit from our well-established Set for School programme, which supports four-year-olds as they prepare for primary school.

One of the highlights of our centre is our Excursion Programme, where tamariki explore the wider community and learn through hands-on, real-world experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Level 7 ECE or primary teaching qualification
• Current Teacher Certification
• Strong leadership and coaching ability
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Knowledge of ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and curriculum planning.
