Job summary

Vertu Nissan Widnes is recruiting an Apprentice Parts Advisor to start a career in the motor industry. You will be the first contact for customers, in person or by phone, while training to become a fully qualified Parts Advisor.

The role involves managing parts supply, stock control, coaching teammates, and supporting the Aftersales Manager. A professional approach and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry Qualifications GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in Mathematics.
• GCSE English Language and Mathematics at a minimum.
• One additional GCSE or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of parts supply, in and out.
• Help coach and motivate others within the team.
• Oversee the parts stock inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Drive supply through the onsite workshop when needed.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the team at Vertu Nissan Widnes! We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to start a career in the Motor Industry.

Training to become a full qualified 'Parts Advisor', you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact with many of our customers, either face to face or over the telephone.

The daily duties for a Parts Apprentice includes the following:

• Managing all aspects of parts supply, in and out.
• Helping coach and motivate others.
• Oversee the parts stock inventory.
• Drive supply through the onsite workshop.
• Proactively support the Aftersales Manager.
• Represent the company in a highly professional manner

It is essential that you hold Entry Qualifications GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in:

• Mathematics
• English Language
• One other
