Job summary

Aprolis UK, part of the Monnoyeur Group, is recruiting a Parts and Service Coordinator to maximise parts profit while keeping stock levels lean and ensuring accurate quotations and invoicing for internal and external customers.

You will manage day-to-day parts department processes, handle orders and returns, monitor stock accuracy, and provide proactive, friendly service in a fast-paced forklift services environment.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of parts department.
• Carry out day-to-day Parts Department Processes (identification, ordering, receiving, issuing, returns).
• Ensure stock deliveries are received and GRN attached.
• Manage van stocks, replenishment and stock accuracy.
• Conduct daily perpetual and six-month stocktakes.
• Prepare internal and external parts quotations.
• Source Parts Service Warranty where applicable.
• Deal with customer inquiries, orders and problem solving.
• Invoicing and monthly reports.
• Check parts booked on engineers' job sheets.
• System housekeeping (stock inventory accuracy).

Job Description Summary Grant Handling are actively recruiting a Parts and Service Coordinator to maximise parts profit within the business, ensure parts stock levels are kept to a minimum. Ensure parts costs are kept within budget levels, whilst maintaining customer service levels and expectations. To provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.

CORE ACTIVITIES:

• Day to day management of parts department
• To carry out the day-to-day Parts Department Processes and ensure these are carried out promptly and efficiently (ie. Parts identification, ordering, receiving, issuing and returns)
• Ensure all deliveries into stock are received and checked correctly and that the relevant GRN is attached
• Manage Van stocks, replenishment and stock accuracy
• Manage daily perpetual and 6 monthly stocktakes
• Preparation of internal and external parts quotations
• Sourcing of Parts Service Warranty (where applicable)
• Dealing with customer (internal and external) enquiries, orders and problem solving (i.e. incorrect parts supplied etc)
• Invoicing
• Run monthly reports as required
• Checking parts booked on engineers job sheets
• System housekeeping (ie. Accuracy of stock inventory)
