Job summary

Midlands Truck & Van is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our Wellingborough depot. You will work at the trade counter, assist customers, and provide information on Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories while upholding MTV standards.

You will keep stock tidy, perform daily stock checks, and ensure all systems are up to date. The role supports the aftersales team with exemplary customer service, correct documentation, and a professional representation of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all systems are kept up to date at all times
• Keep stores in a tidy and organized manner
• Complete daily stock checks and report discrepancies
• Positively impact on customer satisfaction when serving at trade counter
• Provide information on Mercedes-Benz products and respond to queries about parts-related issues
• Ensuring all Mercedes-Benz UK and MTV standards are met
• To positively represent the company and the Brand as a whole both internally and externally.

Job description

Midlands Truck & Van is an approved Mercedes-Benz Franchised Commercial Vehicle Dealer with dedicated locations in Birmingham, Boston, Coventry, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Wellingborough and Wolverhampton.

We are proud to offer New Van and New Truck Sales, Used Van and Used Truck sales and Aftersales solutions including 24hr servicing and parts availability.

We are currently recruiting Parts Advisors to join our team at our Wellingboroughbranch.

Working hours

• 1 week of early shift (06:00 - 14:30)
• 3 weeks of day shift (08:00 - 17:00) with 1 late per week (11:30 - 20:00)
• 1 week of day shift(08:00 - 17:00) with 2 late shifts (11:30 - 20:00)

As a Parts Advisor, you are an integral part of the aftersales team within the depot

• Ensure all systems are kept up to date at all times
