Lookers Limited in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz. This full-time, permanent position offers a £30,500 base salary (dependent on brand experience) plus a bonus, for a 42-hour week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat on rota).

You will support the parts department, process orders, log stock discrepancies, and provide excellent customer care to retail and workshop clients.

Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day.You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager.

You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.

You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
