Responsibilities

• Be a key part of the aftersales team at the Milton Keynes depot.
• Keep all systems up to date at all times.
• Keep stores tidy and organized.
• Carry out daily stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Enhance customer satisfaction when serving at the trade counter.
• Provide information on Mercedes-Benz products and answer parts queries.
