• A successful Parts Advisor loves meeting people, helping and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Comprehensive training to become an expert in the role within the first 12 months.
• Ability to influence enquiries to sales and build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle face-to-face, phone and email queries and convert to workshop bookings.
• Invoicing and stock management.
• Periodic stock taking and stock cleansing.
• Maximise department profitability with professional sales techniques.
• Maximise customer awareness of workshop services.
• Occasionally assist service department driving team.
• Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations.
