Job summary

Brayleys Cars Limited in Enfield is seeking a well-organised Parts Advisor to support the Kia dealership. You will handle face-to-face, phone and email queries and convert them to workshop bookings while delivering a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

No weekend work required; comprehensive training is provided and you will join a growing automotive group with opportunities across Brayleys and Johnsons Cars.

• Carrying out off site parts deliveries to our customers

Job description

We are seeking a well-organised Parts Advisor to join Brayleys Cars Limited's Kia dealership in Enfield. It's a fast-paced environment where you will be part of the team reporting to the Aftersales Manager. This role offers you the opportunity to use your customer service and administration skills to keep our service and parts departments running smoothly., With NO REQUIREMENT FOR WEEKEND WORKING, what does a typical weekday look like for one of our Parts Advisors? As part of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for handling face to face, phone and email queries and converting these to workshop bookings. You will manage the end-to-end customer experience. Day to day, you will:

• Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to make use of our workshop facilities
• Invoicing and stock management
• Periodic stock taking and stock cleansing
