Job summary

Brayleys Cars Limited’s Nissan dealership in Birmingham is hiring a Customer-focused Service Advisor. You will guide customers through their service experience, handle inquiries, and coordinate workshop bookings in a fast-paced environment.

You will join an expanding automotive group representing multiple brands across the region. Notably, there is no requirement for weekend working and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Loves meeting people and delivering outstanding service.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is welcome.
• Willing to undergo comprehensive training in the first 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Handle face-to-face, phone and email queries and convert these to workshop bookings.
• Manage the end-to-end customer experience.
• Meet team and individual sales targets by selling value-added services such as maintenance plans.
• Manage vehicle handover ensuring compliance with processes when customers collect their vehicles after repair.
• Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations.
