Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership parts department or similar.
• Located within a commutable radius of Stratford-upon-Avon.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident using IT systems.
• Previous parts experience or very similar is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with parts and accessories enquiries.
• Ordering, identifying and supplying parts accurately.
• Supporting the workshop with parts requirements.
• Maintaining stock records and inventory levels.
• Liaising with suppliers, technicians and customers.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
