Brayleys Cars Limited’s Honda dealership in Hendon is seeking a well-organised Parts Advisor. You will join a fast-paced aftersales team, handling face-to-face, phone and email queries and converting them to workshop bookings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from customers by face to face, phone or email and convert to workshop bookings
• Invoicing and stock management responsibilities
• Periodic stock taking and stock cleansing
• Maximise parts department profitability through professional sales techniques
• Increase customer awareness of workshop services available
• Carry out off-site parts deliveries to customers
• Occasionally assist the service department driving team
• Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations
