Job summary

Waylands Kia Oxford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their growing parts team. You will sell our parts aftersales services and ensure delivery to Kia customers, while liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress and updating customers accordingly.

The ideal candidate has a background in Sales/Aftersales in the automotive industry, but exceptional candidates without a automotive background will also be considered.

If so … you could be just who Waylands are looking for to join our growing Parts team at Waylands Kia Oxford.

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 16 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

What’s the Role?

Working in our small, close-knit team you will be tasked with providing a quality service. You will be responsible for selling our parts aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to our valued Kia customers, liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, getting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales/Aftersales in the automotive industry. However, exceptional candidates without an automotive background will be considered.

The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. They will also be an effective communicator with an interest in cars.

What Do You Get in Return?

• Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 and 8:30-12:30 every other Saturday (42.5 hours).
• Basic Salary £32k, with an OTE of £36.8k.
