Job Title: Parts Advisor

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting experienced Vehicle Parts Advisors for our client in Northampton. We are seeking someone passionate about vehicles and customer service.

The duties:
  1. Coordinate with trade customers on their parts inquiries.
  2. Deliver an exceptional aftersales experience to customers.
  3. Coordinate effectively with the Aftersales team to communicate service status updates to customers.
  4. Perform regular stock takes and order parts as needed.
  5. Ensure all service documentation is completed and complies with company standards.
About you:
  • Passion for vehicles and outstanding customer service. The Aftersales Manager values service excellence.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (cars or vans) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
