About the role
Sytner Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team at Sytner Coventry.
As a Parts Advisor, you will adopt a 'One Team' approach, communicating effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities include promptly handling requests, assisting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the parts stock room, managing stock levels, and overseeing the ordering and selling of vehicle parts and accessories.
Our Parts Advisors work flexible schedules, which may include weekends, to ensure excellent customer service.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
We seek someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and capable of providing expert advice on our products and services.
