Job summary

Listers Toyota in Nuneaton is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dealership. You will be involved in supplying Toyota parts to the public, trade customers, and our workshops, working Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings rota.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, achieving an OTE of £33,000. You will develop product knowledge, build relationships, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor within a dealership or motor factor knowledge.
• Good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn.
• Proactive, sales driven with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and serve customers at the front desk.
• Pre-pick parts for workshop and customer orders; check stock.
• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries and build customer relationships.
• Replenish consumables and service parts for workshop and departments.
• Process warranty claims related to parts and complete admin promptly.
• Develop knowledge of Toyota products to understand parts functions.
