Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is recruiting a Parts Advisor in Gillingham, Kent. The role focuses on handling enquiries, ordering and selling vehicle parts, and maintaining stock accuracy within a franchised dealership environment.

You will liaise with Service and Sales teams, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to the department's efficiency and profitability. Monday–Friday + shared Saturdays, with good benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Parts Advisor experience.
• Experience within a franchised dealership or established parts environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Good IT skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established automotive dealership in Gillingham.

You’ll play an important role within the wider aftersales team, helping to keep the workshop running efficiently while providing excellent service to both customers and internal departments.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Up to £32,000 salary
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-3:30pm
• 30 days’ holiday including bank holidays

THE ROLE
