Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Gillingham, Kent, is recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established automotive dealership. You'll handle parts enquiries, order, supply and sell vehicle parts, and maintain stock control while supporting the aftersales team.

This role offers Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays, up to £32,000, 30 days holiday, life assurance and staff discounts; ideal for someone with franchised dealership experience and a strong customer-service mindset.

• Previous automotive Parts Advisor experience
• Experience within a franchised dealership or established parts environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Good IT skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established automotive dealership in Gillingham.

You’ll play an important role within the wider aftersales team, helping to keep the workshop running efficiently while providing excellent service to both customers and internal departments.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Up to £32,000 salary
• Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–3:30pm
• 30 days’ holiday including bank holidays
