Job summary

Monday Matters Recruitment Ltd in Gillingham, Kent, is hiring a Parts Advisor to ensure workshop and retail customers receive the correct parts promptly. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and providing expert parts advice.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am–5pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays. The package includes a £32k basic salary plus bonus, with opportunities in a busy volume main dealer environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Parts Advisor or in a similar role (preferably in a dealership environment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues is advantageous.
• Proficiency in dealership software.
