Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Parts Advisor in Nottingham to help keep the parts inventory well stocked and support customers throughout their vehicle journey. Training will be provided, and no prior parts experience is required.

The role is full-time, based at our Nottingham Motorstore, with standard hours and weekend cover on a rotation basis. You will use computer systems to manage stock, liaise with the workshop, and provide accurate service to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with customers and workshop staff.
• Comfort with stock management and manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for vehicles and confirm availability.
• Place orders with internal and external suppliers.
• Pick and pack parts for workshop use and customers.
• Communicate clearly with the workshop team about parts needs.
