Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Huddersfield is hiring a Parts Advisor to help keep our workshops stocked and to update customers at every stage of the vehicle journey. Full training will be provided, with an emphasis on great customer service and accurate parts handling.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and experience working with stock.
• Experience in a retail environment with stock management is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers; training will be provided for all systems.

Job description

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Motorstore in Huddersfield. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About the role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
