Arnold Clark Group in Salford is hiring a Parts Advisor for our Vauxhall/Fiat/Abarth/Jeep/MG branch. No prior parts experience required as training is provided. You will keep workshops stocked, identify parts, liaise with customers, and work with the workshop to ensure smooth vehicle journeys.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to learn.
• Experience keeping stock organized and accurate.
• Comfort using computers and stock systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify parts required for vehicles.
• Order parts from internal and external sources.
• Pick and pack parts for workshops and customers.
• Communicate with the workshop about part availability.
• Provide quick and accurate service to customers.
• Invoice parts when required.
• Review digital communications from customers and update records.
