Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Exeter is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team. The role offers a basic salary of £30,056 and involves handling incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms, with alternate Saturdays work between 8.00am and 12.00pm.

You will accurately identify parts to meet customer needs, promote promotions, upsell opportunities and stay current with parts updates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor in the motor industry or a similar role.
• Ambitious with a drive to grow sales and identify upsell opportunities.
• Willing to work alternate Saturdays as required by the rota.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts to meet customer sales requirements and advise on options.
• Handle trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
• Utilise promotions to achieve targets and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of new or updated parts through training and bulletins.
