Mervyn Stewart Belfast is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our AfterSales Team. You will help ensure the efficient running of the Parts Department, supporting trade and workshop sales, and building strong relationships with customers.

You will work to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer care, and liaise with suppliers and colleagues. The role offers a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary, pension, uniforms, and training opportunities.

Formación

• Motivated individuals with a focus on customer service within the motor industry.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers politely and ensure payments comply with company policies.
• Provide a high standard of service that customers can trust.
• Undertake goods inwards, receipting processes, and price parts for workshop jobs.
• Ensure technicians are served quickly and parts are supplied efficiently.
• Order parts promptly and cost-effectively.
• Return warranty parts per manufacturer guidelines.
• Locate parts per manufacturer guidelines and keep stock records up to date.
• Check deliveries and update advice notes accordingly.
