Qualifikationen

Assistant Aftersales Manager Mervyn Stewart Belfast

This is an exciting and exceptional opportunity for a pro-active and enthusiastic Service Advisor/Parts Advisor looking for progression into an Aftersales Management role to join the Mervyn Stewart team. A proven track record in all aspects of After Sales will be needed with a minimum 2 years experience in an Aftersales department within a franchised car dealership. Excellent communication, organizational and team building skills and a high level of commercial awareness will be required.

About The Role

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service & Parts department.


• Effective stock management to provide an efficient service to our workshop as well as our trade/retail customers.


• To support the efficient and profitable operation of the Service & Parts department.


• Developing relationships and providing great product knowledge and creating an exceptional customer experience.


• Supporting the Service department with the booking of customer vehicles in for service, maintenance and repairs liaising with the workshop to manage daily workload.


• A full and valid UK driving licence will be required

This is a dual role and the ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Service or Parts Advisor and looking to take their first step into management.
