Job summary

Mervyn Stewart, a long-standing Northern Ireland family business with Suzuki and MG franchises, seeks an Assistant Aftersales Manager in Belfast. You will lead the Service & Parts teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive performance across workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an Aftersales department within a franchised car dealership.
• Excellent communication, organizational and team building skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the Service & Parts department on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage stock to support the workshop and both trade/retail customers.
• Support profitable operation of the Service & Parts department.
