Holden & Holden Ltd, a Volvo dealership in Norwich, is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our busy workshop and service teams. You’ll ensure the right parts are available when needed, supporting technicians and customers with a professional parts operation.

We value accuracy, strong communication and teamwork, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and customer service skills in a busy retail and service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a motor trade Parts Department, ideally with dealership experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with accuracy under pressure.
• Confident communication with customers, technicians and suppliers.
• Comfortable using computerised parts and stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Supplying parts to workshop and retail customers.
• Identifying and ordering genuine Volvo parts.
• Checking availability, pricing and delivery times.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and stock checks.
• Processing parts invoices and records.
• Liaising with Service and Sales departments.
