Job summary

Auto Skills UK in Bristol is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership Parts Department. You will source and supply vehicle parts for workshop vehicles and retail customers, ensuring stock and administration are accurate and up to date.

The role requires strong knowledge of vehicle parts, the ability to use electronic catalogues and systems, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A professional attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Motor Trade Parts experience - essential.
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive terminology.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using computerised systems.
• Experience in a process-driven environment.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for workshop and retail customers.
• Identifying and ordering parts using electronic parts catalogues and systems.
• Selling genuine vehicle accessories.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Receiving and booking parts into stock.
• Processing parts orders and invoices.
• Maintaining data and documentation.
