Job Description:

My client, an accident repair centre based in Middlesex, seeks an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team to provide top-quality service at the parts counter. Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor or Parts person looking for career progression?

Ideal candidates must have dealership, accident repair centre, or supplier experience in an automotive parts department.

The role involves:

  • Optimising the sale of all parts and accessories to retail customers, sales department customers, and workshop customers.
  • Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing parts business through direct selling.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
  • Explaining paperwork and invoices to customers.
  • Arranging collection times and payment methods.
  • Scheduling future contact appointments.

You should have fluent IT skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good customer interaction skills over the phone and face-to-face are essential.
