Purpose of the Role

To assist the Parts Manager in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the Parts Department, adhering to Dealership Operating Standards and Company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport and understand customer requirements
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with the Service team
• Identify trade sales opportunities and coordinate deliveries
• Provide expert advice on car parts and accessories
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Maintain sales and customer interaction records
• Collaborate with the service team for parts delivery
• Enhance customer experience through presentation skills
