Lakaz Maurice in Chichester is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team in a busy dealership. You will assist retail and trade customers with parts enquiries, identify and supply correct parts, and support workshop workflows with stock control and accurate documentation.

The Role:

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected automotive retailer in Chichester, offering the chance to join a successful aftersales team within a modern dealership known for its commitment to customer service, quality, and career development. The site forms part of a long-established, family-owned dealer group with an excellent reputation across the South Coast.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the workshop, service department, and retail customers by delivering outstanding service and ensuring the efficient supply of genuine manufacturer parts.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries both in person and over the phone.

Identifying and supplying the correct parts quickly and accurately.

Managing stock levels, goods in, and inventory control.

Processing orders, invoices, and parts documentation.

Supporting the workshop and service teams to maintain an efficient workflow.

Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships.

Package:

Basic Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + £1,200 Annual Bonus!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Only 1 in 8 Saturdays (approximately one Saturday every two months)
