East Bilney Coachworks Ltd in Thetford is recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Parts department. This full-time role runs 08:00–17:30 Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings 08:00–13:00, salary around £32,000 per annum.

Applicants should have experience in similar work, be confident with cars and van parts, and able to communicate professionally with colleagues and suppliers in person, by phone and email. Computer literacy and a clean driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar parts-advisor roles.
• Working knowledge of cars and light vans and their parts.
• Able to communicate with colleagues and suppliers by phone, email, and in person.
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Within this role, you will be ordering parts for many different makes and models of accident damaged vehicles from a variety of sources.
• The work includes progress chasing, checking in, recording, booking onto jobs, storing and issuing parts, panels and consumables.
• You must be prepared to help other area of the business when required, including Reception, Quality Control and Occasional Driving.
