Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy team in Royston. The role involves assisting customers with parts enquiries, identifying parts from catalogues, processing orders, and managing stock levels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have automotive parts experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. A full UK driving licence is required due to the site location.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role.
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Competent IT skills and experience using parts management systems is desirable.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the location of the site.
• A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and supply the correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels, order parts, and check deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and issue parts for the workshop and external customers.
• Handle returns, warranty claims, and supplier queries.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the parts department is well organised.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships.
