Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Greenock is seeking a Parts Advisor at Lepas branch. You don’t need prior parts experience as training is provided; join a busy team supporting workshops with stock and customer updates throughout the service journey.

Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm. The role involves stocking parts, ordering, invoicing, and delivering friendly, efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and willingness to work with stock.
• Experience working with stock is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for a vehicle.
• Order parts from internal and external sources.
• Picking and packing parts.
• Communicate with the workshop.
• Provide a quick and accurate service to customers.
• Invoicing.
• Reviewing digital communications for customers.
• Stock management.
